 Through Anatomy focused yoga you will practice learning the fundamentals of the postures with an emphasis on alignment, breathing techniques, and relaxation. Yoga will rebuild strength, increase coordination, help retain balance and functional movement. I am a nurse-healer with a heart for those who are suffering and I would love the opportunity to help guide you on a path to your optimum health.
